Job summary

Dubai Interior Design Studio in Dubai seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and commercial performance across its international entities. You will manage multi-country finance teams, oversee accounting, budgeting and reporting, and drive cash-flow forecasting and working capital optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant finance experience in an international environment.
• Experience in multi-country / multi-entity finance operations and cash-flow management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor financial operations of multiple international entities across UK, Asia and Australia.
• Oversee accounting systems, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial controls across regional offices.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
• Consolidate regional accounts and support year-end reporting and audit processes.
• Take ownership of cash-flow management and forecasting with a strong focus on receivables and collections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, billing procedures and client payment cycles to optimise working capital.

• Manage and monitor the financial operations of multiple international entities across the UK Asia and Australia

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally within an international professional services, architecture, engineering, interior design or project-based environment.
• Strong experience managing multi-country / multi-entity finance operations.
• Proven experience in cash-flow management, forecasting, receivables and working capital management.
