Job summary

FElectronics is seeking an experienced Accountant to take full responsibility for day-to-day accounting across its UAE branches and warehouses. The role requires strong UAE accounting knowledge, experience with Zoho, inventory accounting, VAT, and financial reporting.

You will manage multi-branch bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare regular financial reports for management, while ensuring accuracy and compliant documentation. UAE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• UAE accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory.
• Experience in multi-branch and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility.
• Experience in retail, trading, electronics, or automotive-related businesses is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, expense, payment, and receipt records.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile bank, cash, and other company accounts.
• Manage accounting for multiple branches and warehouses.
• Monitor branch-wise sales, expenses, purchases, and financial transactions.
• Reconcile inventory with Zoho records.
• Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouses.
• Maintain inventory-related financial records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
• Handle UAE VAT accounting and documentation.
• Assist with Corporate Tax accounting requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and investigate causes.
• Work closely with management, branch and warehouse teams and suppliers.
• Provide accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
• Ensure all accounting records are updated, organized, and accurate.
