Job summary

Redford Recruiters in the UAE is seeking an experienced Accountant to take full responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have UAE accounting experience, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, and capability to manage multi-branch and warehouse financials.

You will handle VAT and corporate tax-related accounting, maintain accurate records, and prepare timely financial reports for management.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of accounting experience, UAE experience preferred.
• Experience with VAT and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
• Multi-branch and warehouse operations experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, payment and receipt records.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile bank, cash and other accounts.
• Handle multi-branch and warehouse accounting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Handle UAE VAT-related accounting and documentation.
• Assist with Corporate Tax-related accounting.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and investigate causes.
• Provide accurate financial information to management.
• Ensure records are updated and organized.
