Job summary

Redford Recruiters in the UAE is seeking an experienced Accountant to take full responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have UAE accounting experience, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, and capability to manage multi-branch and warehouse financials.

You will handle VAT and corporate tax-related accounting, maintain accurate records, and prepare timely financial reports for management.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of accounting experience, UAE experience preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to hire an experienced and responsible Accountant who can take full responsibility for the company s day-to-day accounting operations The ideal candidate should have strong UAE accounting experience and practical knowledge of Zoho inventory accounting multi-branch operations VAT CT and financial reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate sales purchase expense payment and receipt records
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile bank cash and other company accounts
• Manage accounting activities for multiple branches and warehouses
• Monitor branch-wise sales expenses purchases and financial transactions
• Reconcile physical inventory with Zoho records and accounting records
• Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouses
• Maintain accurate inventory-related financial records
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly financial reports for management
• Handle UAE VAT-related accounting and documentation
• Assist with Corporate Tax-related accounting requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
• Identify accounting discrepancies and investigate the reasons
• Work closely with management branch teams warehouse teams and suppliers
• Provide accurate financial information to management for decision-making
• Ensure all accounting records are updated organized and accurate

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6-10 years of relevant accounting experience.UAE accounting experience is strongly preferred.Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory.Experience in multi-branch and warehouse operations.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting.Good knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.Strong Excel skills.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and take full responsibility.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in retail, trading, electronics, or automotive-related businesses is an advantage.
