Job summary

REAPHR is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for our multi-branch operation in Al Ain and across UAE. You will handle bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting while ensuring inventory is accurately tracked in Zoho.

The ideal candidate has UAE accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across branches and warehouses. Experience with Zoho and multi-branch accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong UAE accounting experience and practical knowledge of Zoho, inventory accounting, multi-branch operations, VAT, CT, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with multiple branches and manage warehouse accounting and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Reconcile bank, cash, and other company accounts.
• Monitor branch-wise sales, expenses, purchases, and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
• Handle UAE VAT-related accounting and documentation.
