Job summary

Damac Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our real estate financial operations. You will manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, perform complex financial reporting, and ensure strict UAE tax compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed statements for management, filing UAE Corporate Tax and VAT returns via FTA portals, and coordinating with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; ACCA/CMA/CPA preferred.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience in UAE real estate or construction.
• Must hold a transferable visa; strong Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate vendor and contractor payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management review.
• Calculate and submit UAE Corporate Tax and quarterly VAT returns to the FTA portals.
• Reconcile complex bank statements, manage PDCs, and coordinate with external auditors during annual review.
