You will oversee AP/AR, GL, reporting, budgeting, and audits, requiring 5+ years of accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP and advanced Excel. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanour.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the financial accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely execution.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a record of all project finances, preparing for internal/external audits and tax submissions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct cost analysis, identifying areas for potential savings without compromising quality.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
