Abroad Work is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team in Dubai, UAE. The role requires at least two years of accounting experience, with responsibilities including financial reporting, ledger maintenance, and monthly/quarterly closings.

Responsibilities also include forecasting for insights into financial performance, balance reconciliation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The candidate should be organized, self-starting, and able to contribute cost-saving ideas and process

Position: Accountant

Salary: 1400 + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The qualified candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role.

The responsibility of this position will include:

• Examining financial records and preparing financial reports and statements
• Maintaining general ledgers and preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing
• Analyzing financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Developing forecasting models to provide insights into company’s financial performance
• Balancing accounts and reconciling general ledger records
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

We also expect the Accountant to provide added value to our organization through cost-saving ideas, best practice recommendations, and other creative solutions that improve our internal processes.
