GRAND MIZBAN GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in trading, import/export documentation and international supplier payments.

The role reports to management and collaborates with Sales, Procurement and Operations to maintain records, reconcile accounts, track landed costs and deliver timely month-end closes.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, UAE VAT/Corporate Tax knowledge and strong Excel skills; ACCA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including FMCG/import-export.
• Full-cycle accounting with inventory and landed costs.
• Experience reviewing import/export documents and coordinating with freight forwarders.
• Experience with international supplier payments and bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; English communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily accounting records, AP/AR, and multi-currency transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, customer and supplier balances, advances and settlements.
• Calculate landed costs by shipment and prepare order-level profitability reports.
• Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin and customs documents for consistency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and clearing agents to resolve doc issues.
• Prepare international payment requests and monitor transfers; final approval rests with management.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow forecasts and receivables ageing.
• Complete month-end closing and prepare management reports.
• Maintain UAE VAT and Corporate Tax records; liaise with external advisers as needed.
• Work with Excel, accounting tools and CRM records.
