The candidate will oversee project cost tracking, subcontractor payments, and budgets, while mentoring junior accountants and maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant designation (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) is required.
• Extensive experience in construction project accounting and financial monitoring.
• Proven ability to prepare monthly financial reports, project cost reports, and financial statements.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior accountants and ensuring timely reporting.
