The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in account management within a creative/production/digital agency, with fluency in Arabic and English, and a strong track record in integrated campaigns and client growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production and social media content.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client liaison, understanding objectives and ensuring execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects across creative development, video production, and social content with timely delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists to deliver compelling content.
• Oversee timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams; translate needs into plans.

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new pitches.
