Job summary

dsm-firmenich seeks a Senior Account Manager Fine Fragrance in Dubai to lead key client relationships in the Middle East. You will use strategic sales expertise and fragrance knowledge to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-moving market.

You will collaborate with Perfumers, Evaluation, Marketing and technical teams to translate briefs into winning fragrance solutions and manage end-to-end projects from brief through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in an international environment.
• Proven experience in Sales and Distribution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across key fine fragrance accounts in the Middle East.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and achieving annual revenue and margin targets.
• Identify and develop new high-potential Fine Fragrance customers.
• Develop knowledge of offerings, pricing, and policies; improve proposals.
• Forecast, monitor, and analyze sales performance with accurate pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Perfumers, Evaluation, Marketing and technical teams to translate briefs into fragrance solutions.
• Manage fragrance projects end-to-end from brief to pricing and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across key fine fragrance accounts in the Middle East, ensuring strong partnerships, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
• Drive sales performance by identifying new opportunities, developing tailored fragrance proposals, and achieving annual revenue and margin targets
• Identify, prospect and develop new high-potential Fine Fragrance customers to accelerate business growth and expand our market presence.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improve existing sales proposals
• Forecast, monitor, and analyze sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and accurate pipeline management
• Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning
• Manage fragrance projects end-to-end, from customer brief and development through submission, adoption, pricing and commercialization.
• Partner closely with Perfumers, Evaluation, Marketing and technical teams to translate customer briefs into winning fragrance solutions.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Management or Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience or related fields in international environment
• Proven experience in Sales and Distribution business
• Good team player, that can work well in collaborative environment, with passion for the fragrance industry
• Effective communication skills and able to develop strong relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Fluent in English
