International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) in Dubai's Creative Center is seeking an Account Manager for Fine Fragrance. You will act as trusted advisor to key customers, translate market insights into strategic plans, and drive sustainable sales growth across assigned accounts.

You will build long-term relationships, lead strategic negotiations on pricing and terms, and collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions aligned with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in the fragrance industry.
• Experience working with international, cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
