Job summary

Ericsson in Dubai is seeking an IT Managed Services Onboarding Coordinator to manage telecom managed services onboarding. You will be the main contact for new applications and systems onboarding, coordinating with technical leads and SMEs to ensure onboarding checklists are followed and milestones met.

The role requires 2+ years in IT/telecom operations, a degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science, excellent English, and strong project tracking skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Telecommunications / Computer Science OR similar
• 2+ years of experience in IT / Telecom Operations
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with project tracking and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify the operations SPOCs and work closely with them on onboarding activities.
• Participate in design discussions and highlight gaps or issues.
• Ensure smooth transition of new Solutions/ expansions/ Applications to production environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and governance requirements.
• Ensure standards of services / SLAs align with business objectives.
• Document risks and snags for onboarding completion and coordinate remediation plans.
• Support in tracking audits, audit follow-up schedules, and storing audit reports.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills along with Project tracking and status reporting.
• Self motivated for learning and innovation
• Able to balance the task planning along with hands‑on work to ensure completing the assigned tasks as per schedule
