Job summary

Genetic Callnet is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our UAE distribution centre. You will oversee inbound, outbound, storage and dispatch, while ensuring safety, accuracy and regulatory compliance across all operations.

The ideal candidate has a deep background in FMCG/retail logistics, strong leadership, and hands-on WMS/ERP proficiency. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with procurement, finance and transport teams to maximise

Deep experience in FMCG/retail distribution logistics.
Strong leadership, communication and team management capabilities.
Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and modern warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage and dispatch.
Lead, train and supervise warehouse teams to ensure productivity, safety and discipline.
Manage 3PL operations, vendor coordination, SLA compliance and client relations.
Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counting, stock reconciliation and shrinkage control.
Develop and implement warehouse SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time.
Monitor KPIs such as order fulfilment, picking accuracy, labour utilization and OTIF.
Ensure UAE regulatory compliance, health & safety standards and audit readiness.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, finance and transport teams.
Oversee WMS/ERP utilization, data accuracy and process adherence.
Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and space utilization strategies.
