Job summary

Hypemasters is seeking a Senior 3D Artist to own the visual quality and artistic direction of 3D assets for our Unity-based mobile project. You’ll shape the look and feel of the game, ensuring assets are visually striking and optimized for performance.

You’ll manage the asset pipeline from concept to in-engine implementation, collaborate with designers and developers, mentor junior artists, and push the studio's style while balancing fidelity with mobile constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist.
• Portfolio with high-quality 3D art for games (environments, props, vehicles).
• Shipped title on mobile games preferred.
• Experience with Unity or similar game engines.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets for environments, props, and vehicles.
• Own the full asset pipeline from concept to in-engine implementation.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers for seamless integration.
