Job summary

Hypemasters, a mobile games company, is hiring a senior UA leader to own user acquisition end-to-end—from strategy and budget to creative direction and ASO. You’ll operate autonomously, report to leadership with a weekly performance narrative, and drive growth with AI-augmented tooling.

You’ll collaborate across creative, data, and leadership teams to align UA strategy with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning significant paid marketing budget end-to-end.
• Ability to operate independently and set direction.
• Excellent data judgment and ability to validate automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own UA strategy and budget allocation across paid channels.
• Direct the creative team using performance data.
• Own ASO end-to-end: store metadata, visuals, experimentation.
• Use AI/data tooling to inform decisions and apply judgment.
• Deliver a weekly leadership performance report.
• Partner cross-functionally to align strategy with goals.
