Job summary

Gamma Holdings. is seeking well-experienced SEN teachers to join immediately in Dubai. Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education and relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply with a detailed resume.

Responsibilities include aligning with inclusion policies, assessing student needs, adapting curricula, creating IEPs, and mentoring LSAs. Prior experience in inclusive settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education.
• Relevant teaching experience.
• Ability to adapt curriculum and assess progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the objectives of the Inclusion policy framework are reflected across all phases of the school.
• Assess students skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans.
• Adaptation of the curriculum and its assessment to meet individual student needs
• Recording of learning data related to SoD students and monitoring progress
• Creating Individual Education Plans or Behaviour Plans by liaising with the SLT School Counselor Class Teacher and Parents
• Implement IEPs assess students performance and track their progress.
• Plan organize and assign activities that are specific to each students abilities.
• Discuss students progress with parents teachers counselors and administrators.
• Mentor LSAs who work with students with special needs.
• Previous experience of working in an inclusive school is preferred.
