Job summary

The Capital Avenue Real Estate seeks a Senior Property Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will list, market, coordinate viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction cycle from consultation to closing.

You will perform market research, advise on pricing and investment potential, prepare presentations, and maintain records in our systems while building long-term client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or leasing with ability to manage listings and close deals.
