Job summary

The Capital Avenue Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Experienced Property Advisor to join our on-site team. You will guide clients through residential and commercial transactions, conduct property viewings, and prepare proposals while coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, UAE real estate experience, and a solid grasp of market trends, valuations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills for client needs.
• Experience handling listings, viewings, documentation and negotiations.
• Knowledge of property valuations, pricing and market trends.
• Proven customer service track record and client relationship building.
• Basic understanding of finance related to real estate transactions.
• Previous Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local laws, leasing/sales procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and properties on-site ethically.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential and commercial property purchases, sales, and leases.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately.
• Manage a portfolio of properties and stay updated on market knowledge.
