Job summary

Dubai Center for Special Needs (DCSN) in Dubai is seeking an SEN Class Teacher to join our team and deliver an outstanding educational program designed for students with special needs. You will support learners to develop and reach their full potential within a nurturing, collaborative environment.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a certified teaching qualification, at least 3 years of classroom experience, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a certified teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE, QTS or equivalent)
• Minimum 3+ years classroom teaching experience, preferably with special needs
• Excellent spoken & written English essential; Arabic a plus
• Experience in writing and implementing detailed educational reports (IEPs)

The Role:

We are looking for an SEN Class Teacher to join our growing team in helping to provide an outstanding educational program and learning environment that guides and encourages special needs students to develop and reach their full potential.

Require ments:

• Bachelor ’ s degree in Special Education/Education or higher and a certified teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE, QTS or equivalent , (distance or open university degrees are not accepted)
• Other educational related qualifications and/or training
• Minimum of 3 + years classroom teaching experience, preferably with special needs children and young adults
• Excellent spoken & written English essential (Arabic a plus)
• Passionate and caring individuals with a proactive attitude
• An excellent team player
• Experience in writing and implementing detailed educational reports, (IEPs) etc.
• Hours Monday to Thursday 08.00 – 14.30, Friday 08.00 – 12. 00
