You will drive paid search, organic visibility, and social growth, managing Google Ads, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and Instagram/TikTok presence to grow global traffic and conversions.

The role requires 5+ years in SEM/SEO and social media, strong Shopify experience, and fluency in English.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SEM, SEO \& Social Media Specialist to drive paid search traffic, organic visibility, and social media growth. You will be responsible for Google Ads, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and managing our Instagram and TikTok presence. You'll work directly with the founder to grow global traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• SEM (Google Ads)
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
• Manage bids, budgets, and keyword performance to maximize ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis for lab-grown diamond and jewelry terms.
• Optimize product pages, collections, and blog content for organic search.
• Improve technical SEO: site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and indexing.

• Instagram \& TikTok
• Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Engage with our audience, respond to comments and DMs.
• Track performance and optimize content strategy based on analytics.
• AI Image \& Video Generation
• Use AI tools to generate product images, lifestyle visuals, and short-form video content.
• Create AI-generated ad creatives for testing across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools to improve content output and efficiency.
• Shopify Management
• Upload products to Shopify — product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants.
• Manage and optimize our Shopify store — collections, apps, and theme.
• Ensure site speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow are optimized.
• Implement SEO best practices within Shopify (meta tags, structured data, URL structure).
• Analytics \& Reporting
• Track performance in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Prepare weekly reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEM, SEO, and social media (e-commerce preferred).
• Strong experience with Shopify — must be able to manage store operations, theme optimization, and app integrations.
