Job summary

RNA Resources Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to focus on onboarding new sellers and ensuring their activation on our marketplace platform. You will guide sellers through onboarding, catalog setup, and live listing with cross-border selling in mind.

In this role you will identify and outreach to potential sellers, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor onboarding metrics. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in seller onboarding, account management, or similar roles within e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
• Exposure in Electronics, Nutraceuticals, Luggage and Personal Care Appliances categories would be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, supplier clusters, and seller operations.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and onboarding systems
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sellers across categories and engage via direct communication, events and partnerships.
• Guide sellers through end-to-end onboarding including commercial alignment, agreement finalization and account setup.
• Work with sellers to ensure products go live on the platform within timelines and perform quality checks.
• Maintain understanding of supplier clusters and regional bases to identify high-potential sellers.
• Monitor onboarding progress and report key metrics to stakeholders; gather seller feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and customer support to facilitate onboarding and activation.
