Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a security role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative purposes.
• Experience using security systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident reporting platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to balance safety and guest experience.
• A team player with strong leadership skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations, including shift briefings, patrol schedules, and coverage for special events and VIP movements.
• Deliver a high level of service to VIP and regular guests by maintaining visibility, professionalism, and discretion while ensuring their safety.
• Act as the main point of contact for security-related enquiries, demonstrating strong knowledge of hotel security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Handle incidents, guest concerns, and emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate follow-up actions.
