Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of staff accommodation and camp facilities.
• Ensure compliance with camp rules, security procedures and HSE requirements.
• Monitor access control, visitor management and movement of residents and visitors.
• Identify violations, safety hazards and security concerns.
• Maintain inspection records, incident reports and security logs.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Facilities, HR and accommodation management.
• Follow up on issues and ensure timely closure of non-compliances.
• Monitor guards' performance, attendance and adherence to procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies within the accommodation.
• Support investigations into incidents, complaints and property issues.
• Promote discipline, cleanliness, safety and proper conduct among residents.
• Ensure emergency exits, fire safety routes remain clear.
• Prepare periodic reports on inspections, incidents and violations.

Supervise security and accommodation operations, conduct regular camp inspections, ensure compliance with camp rules, company policies and safety regulations, monitor access control and resident discipline, identify and report violations, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain a safe, secure and compliant accommodation environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote discipline, cleanliness, safety and proper conduct among accommodation residents.
• Ensure emergency exits, fire safety arrangements and access routes remain clear.
• Prepare periodic reports on inspections, incidents, violations and corrective actions.
• Support management during audits, inspections and regulatory compliance checks.
• Perform any other security and accommodation-related duties assigned by management.
