Job summary

Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, ensuring safety of guests, staff, and assets. You will assist the Security Manager with policy implementation, emergency response, and loss prevention in line with SIRA and local regulations.

The role requires leadership of Security Officers, thorough patrols, and coordination with Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and other authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Security Management, Hospitality, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Valid SIRA Security Supervisor License (Mandatory).
• First Aid, CPR and Fire Safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers during assigned shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, public spaces and hotel perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure security equipment is operational and report defects.

yThe Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily security operations of Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors and hotel assets. The role supports the Security Manager in implementing security policies, emergency response procedures, loss prevention initiatives and ensuring compliance with SIRA, Dubai Police, UAE Civil Defense and Radisson Hotel Group standards
