Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Project Manager within the Group Security team to plan, manage, and deliver security-related projects in line with corporate standards. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met, while engaging stakeholders across multiple units to realise business benefits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in large projects, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience delivering projects in aviation, airport operations, security, transportation or similar complex environments.
• Proven track record managing large cross-functional projects or programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through all lifecycle stages with governance adherence.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while achieving business benefits.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet objectives.
• Provide regular reporting to sponsors and stakeholders with clear risk management.
