Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a Project Manager within the Group Security team to plan, manage and deliver security projects in line with our governance standards. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Security Training, Command Centre, Threat & Risk, and other units, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve defined outcomes.

From initiation through closure you will own the lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-scope and within-budget delivery, while upholding regulatory and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience delivering projects in aviation or similarly complex operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional projects or programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with PM standards and governance.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope and within-budget delivery and benefits realization.
• Manage project teams and engage stakeholders including senior leaders.
