Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the dealership's safety program and lead a security team. You will implement security plans, conduct audits, and coordinate incident response to protect staff, customers, and assets.

You will manage patrols, training, and collaborations with departments to integrate security into daily operations, while maintaining thorough documentation and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in security management.
• CPP or CSM certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and emergency response procedures.
• Able to work flexible hours incl. weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security personnel to ensure safety of staff, customers and assets.
• Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Maintain proper incident reports and security logs for audit trail.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate security into daily ops and events.
• Train staff on security protocols to foster awareness and readiness.
• Stay updated on security best practices and technologies; recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
