Job summary

TalentsTide is seeking a senior data leader to drive data governance, methodologies, and analytics across the organization in Dubai. You will shape governance frameworks, ensure data quality, security, and availability to support strategic planning and evidence-based decisions.

Reporting to the Manager – Policy & Research Department, you will mentor the Senior Data Analyst and align data initiatives with organizational objectives, acting as a core partner to stakeholders and senior leadership.
