Job summary

Talents Tide seeks a Section Head – Data Management (UAE National) to lead the organization's data governance and analytics strategy within the Policy & Research Department in the Strategy Sector. You will oversee data governance, architecture, and enterprise-wide data analytics initiatives, ensuring data quality and security across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual operational plan, KPIs, and departmental budget.
Establish and maintain enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Design and enhance data architecture to improve analytics and reporting capabilities.
Develop enterprise-wide data management and analytics frameworks.
Validate data sources and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
Oversee data classification, storage, archiving, and lifecycle management.
Review analytics reports, dashboards, and technical documentation for accuracy.
Lead innovation in data management practices and emerging technologies.
