Confidential Government Entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Section Head – Commercial Initiatives to lead business development, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure and capital projects.

The role emphasizes building strategic partnerships, conducting commercial analyses, and delivering commercially viable solutions that align with organizational objectives. UAE National candidates with 7+ years in commercial management are preferred; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in commercial management, business development, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, financial analysis, and business planning.
• Experience within government, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or capital projects sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
