Minor Food Holding Co., Ltd. is sourcing a professional Sous Chef to become the second in command in our kitchen. You will support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality cuisine that delights guests at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel.

The role requires previous Sous Chef experience, strong leadership and the ability to manage in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Pre-opening experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Proven work experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts and fast-paced service.

Mansioni

• Assist in design of all food and drink menus.
• Ensure kitchen operates in a timely way meeting Dukes The Palm standards.
• Oversee all kitchen stations and maintain quality and presentation.
