Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to support daily kitchen operations under the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. You will prepare and plate dishes, manage mise-en-place, and help run buffets with emphasis on quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates have prior luxury hotel experience, strong organizational skills, and are flexible to work shifts in a fast-paced environment. Pre-opening exposure is a plus.

• Proven work experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong listening and communication abilities for team coordination.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Prepare mise-en-place and support buffet setups and special functions.
• Maintain hygienic work areas and monitor stock and portion costs.
• Ensure high standards of taste, quality and presentation during peak periods.
• Instruct and guide junior kitchen staff in daily prep tasks.
• Coordinate with other sections to manage cleanliness, waste and cost control.
