Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters temperatures.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of food.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock items.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
