Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/ess or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing, is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
