Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in a 5-star, high-volume setting.
• Strong mixology knowledge and current beverage trends.

• Bartending certification or training preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules for F&B service.

Job Description:

The Bussola Group is seeking skilled and dynamic Bartenders to join our team in Dubai for premium evets. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you are passionate about mixology, have a flair for creativity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with high-end guests to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
• Stay updated on current drink trends and menu items, and actively participate in the creation and implementation of new cocktails and drink specials.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service throughout the establishment.
• Adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a 5 starhigh-volume bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid bartending certification or relevant training is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
