PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking experienced Waiters to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious luxury property in Dubai, UAE. As a Waiter, you will deliver attentive, personalized dining service and create memorable experiences for every guest.

Join a high-end environment with strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and professional presentation. Arabic or additional languages are an advantage, with accommodations and transport provided as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest.

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including basic wine and beverage knowledge.

PHRS Hospitality Experts is currently looking for experienced Waiters to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious luxury hospitality property in Dubai, UAE.

This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with a passion for exceptional guest service and previous experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or other high-end hospitality environments.

About the Role

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, personalized, and professional dining service while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

You will play an important role in the daily restaurant operation, combining excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to ensure the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, premium restaurant, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and sequence of service.
• Good food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Confident, engaging, and professional personality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English is required.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous luxury hospitality or Middle East experience is highly desirable.

Working Schedule

Alternating weekly roster: 5 working days with 2 days off, followed by 6 working days with 1 day off.

Minimum 48 working hours per week, excluding meal breaks. Daily shift schedules vary depending on the outlet and department.
