Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within planning, allocation, or merchandising.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze stock and allocation data.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising team in managing stock availability, transfers, and allocations.
• Allocate new and replenishment stock to stores in a timely manner.
• Act as the main point of contact with suppliers for stock accuracy.
• Manage the product life cycle from allocation through replenishment.
• Build strong working relationships with Planning and Merchandising teams.
• Ensure high standards of reporting accuracy.
• Conduct regular store visits to gain insights into performance.
• Liaise with warehouses, stores, and head office departments.
• Contribute to sustainability through responsible stock management.
