Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail stock handling, warehousing, or inventory support is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of retail stock processes and accuracy requirements.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock movement and replenishment tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of shop floor, stockrooms, offices, and back‑of‑house areas to meet operational standards.
• Receive stock deliveries from warehouses or other stores, checking quantities and condition against company guidelines.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or manufacturing defects to the Store Manager promptly.
• Assemble products according to brand instruction manuals and ensure all items meet quality standards.
• Attach barcodes and labels to products in line with company and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular stockroom checks and report non‑displayed stock to the Visual Merchandising and management teams.
• Perform daily floor walks to replenish stock based on VM layouts and operational direction.
• Support store activities including promotions, mid‑season sales, and end‑of‑season sales.
• Identify, label, and segregate damaged stock in designated areas as per company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized stockroom environment at all times.

Education
