Position Overview: The Allocator role at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely allocation of stock across retail stores to support seasonal launches, replenishment, and optimal stock availability. Working closely with Planning and Merchandising teams, the role plays a critical part in minimizing loss of sales, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting efficient product life cycle management across the retail network in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising team in managing stock availability, transfers, and allocations in line with guidance from the Senior Planner
• Allocate new and replenishment stock to stores in a timely manner to ensure smooth seasonal launches and minimize loss of sales
• Act as the main point of contact with suppliers to ensure on-time arrival of goods and stock accuracy across stores
• Manage the product life cycle from initial allocation through replenishment, consolidation, or redistribution to other stores or channels
• Build strong working relationships with Planning and Merchandising teams, warehouses, and retail stores to align allocation decisions with business strategy
• Ensure high standards of reporting accuracy and maintain reliable data across allocation and stock reports
• Conduct regular store visits with the team to gain insights into store performance and stock requirements
• Liaise closely with warehouses, stores, and head office departments to support smooth stock movement and operational efficiency
