Job summary

Work corp in Dubai is hiring a seasonal Concierge to provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with their needs during their stay at our hotel.

Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, arrange transportation, handle inquiries, maintain the lobby, and coordinate with departments to fulfill requests. Malayalam knowledge is a plus, English is welcome to some extent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hotel industry preferred.
• Fluent in Malayalam; English knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Keep track of guest preferences and make recommendations based on them

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hotel industry preferred
• Fluent in Malayalam knowledge of English is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary

The salary for this seasonal position is $900 per month

Location
