We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Provide recommendations and assistance with booking reservations for dining, transportation, events, etc.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests with their needs
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Monitor guest feedback and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
