Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Dubai is seeking a customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, respond to inquiries, and ensure guest needs are met during their stay.

As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients assisting them with their requests and inquiries and ensuring their needs are met during their stay in Dubai

This is an ideal role for Indian nationals who are looking for English speaking jobs without accommodation or for students seeking part-time work

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions restaurants and activities
• Assist guests with making reservations or booking transportation services
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to ensure personalized service
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as room service or housekeeping
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area ensuring it is always presentable for guests

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Dubais attractions restaurants and transportation options
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
