Job summary

Octave is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Dubai to lead setup, configuration, customization, and integration of SDx/SDx2 applications. The role requires delivering high-quality outcomes across client environments with strong adaptation to Middle East conditions.

You will work with Technical Lead and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and maintain comprehensive project documentation. The position emphasizes onsite presence, collaboration with client teams, and coordination of

Qualifications

Degree in related field.
Experience with SDx/SDx2 and integration projects preferred.
On-site presence and willingness to travel in the Middle East.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Project Manager and Technical Lead to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Support on-site and remote client activities, including access setup and scheduling.
Assist in SDV/DTO mapping, data migration from 3rd party EDMS, and design tool integrations.
Coordinate with 3rd party systems integration deliverables (APIs, interfaces).
Provide testing support and organize validation sessions; document outcomes.
Maintain project documentation including requirements and design documents.
Prepare test scripts and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests.
Assist in training coordination and pre-sales support activities.
