Job summary

Octave in Dubai offers a hybrid role focused on the setup, installation, configuration, customization, and integration of SDx/SDx2 applications and related work processes. You will work with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and oversee client activities across environments.

The role requires strong communication, coordination skills, and experience with SDx/SDx2, APIs, and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with Technical Lead & Project Manager to ensure on-time task delivery.
• Coordinate on-site and remote client activities incl. access setup & scheduling.
• Organize/track SDV/DTO mapping, data migration from 3rd party EDMS, SDx/SDx2, and design tool integration.
• Coordinate with 3rd party systems APIs/interfaces and track progress against plan.
• Experience with SPID, SI, SEL and S3Dsystems and Engineering Work Processes.
• Support testing/validation phases; document outcomes and action items.
• Communicate clearly with customers (written and verbal).
• Track/report issues and defects; escalate to product/engineering teams.
• Capture client feedback and share with product/services teams.
• Maintain project documentation: requirements, design docs, lessons learned.
• Prepare test scripts and conduct Factory Acceptance Test.
• Support training coordination and readiness of materials.
• Coordinate pre-sales support (demos/workshops).
• Route support requests to relevant teams and monitor resolution progress.
