Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive Scrum practices that deliver customer value. You will coach cross-functional squads, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with the product owner to ensure effective backlog management.

The role requires coordinating with marketing, IT and customer service within financial services digital transformation projects, ensuring progress against quality criteria, and fostering team self-organization in large programs.

Qualifications

• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
