JOB PURPOSE The SCMS Testing Engineer will be responsible to perform testing verification validation commissioning troubleshooting and maintenance of SCMS systems in electrical substations ensuring reliable operation of substation automation monitoring control and communication systems in compliance with project specifications and utility standards
