Qualifications

• Proven experience in a school or educational data management role.
• Strong knowledge of MIS systems (SIMS, iSAMS, or similar).
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience producing detailed reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and development of the School MIS.
• Ensure accurate input, analysis, and reporting of student data.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Line manage the Data Assistant/Data Executives and train staff.
• Collaborate with teaching and leadership to improve tracking.
• Maintain data security and GDPR compliance.
