The School Activity Coordinator will convert educational and community objectives into practical programs that students can experience and enjoy. The role reports to the Principal, Head of Section, or Head of Activities and carries responsibility for each event from initial planning through final evaluation. Successful coordination will help the school maintain an active calendar while ensuring that logistics, permissions, safety requirements, resources, communication, and documentation are properly controlled.
The coordinator will actively promote clubs, competitions, volunteering, and school initiatives to increase student participation and create opportunities suited to varied interests.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor 's degree in Education, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in activity coordination, events, or student programs within a school or educational setting is required. The preferred candidate will understand UAE school requirements and local cultural sensitivities. Strong planning, communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management capabilities are essential. The role suits an energetic and proactive professional who can manage competing deadlines, remain composed during live events, and work collaboratively with students and adults. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while graphic design or media-editing ability will be an advantage.
